Customers purchasing the BDP-S350 or/and BDP-550 Blu-ray Disc™ players from Sony between 01/04/09 and 31/05/09 inclusive from participating outlets are entitled to claim by redemption the following two movies on Blu-ray Disc ™: Chroniken von Narnia - der König von Narnia and Hancock. This offer is subject to availability.
  2. The participating Blu-ray Disc™ players from Sony for this promotion are the BDP-S350 or/and BDP-550.
  3. This offer is available in Germany.
  4. To claim these two movies on Blu-ray Disc™ you will need to register the product and complete the online survey via the CD-ROM included with the product.
  5. All claims must be received by 15/06/09. No claims will be accepted after this date.
  6. No responsibility can be accepted for claims that are lost, damaged or delayed in transit. Sony accepts no responsibility or liability for any technical, hardware, software, server, website or other failures or damage of any kind.
  7. Claims not completed in accordance with these terms and conditions will be deemed void.
  8. Please allow 28 days for receipt Chroniken von Narnia - der König von Narnia and Hancock on Blu-ray Disc™ as long as it’s been officially released in the territory.
  9. If you have not received any discs within 28 days of registering the product and completing the survey, or if the discs are found to be defective or damaged on delivery, Sony must be notified within 7 working days via http://www.sony.de/support otherwise the discs will be deemed to have been accepted as delivered. This does not affect your statutory rights which cannot be excluded at law.
  10. In the event that the discs become unavailable for whatever reason, Sony reserves the right to provide alternative discs of equivalent value.
  11. By completing the survey to redeem Chroniken von Narnia - der König von Narnia and Hancock on Blu-ray Disc™, applicants will be deemed to have read and accepted these terms and conditions.
  12. There are no cash or credit alternatives available.
